I haven't drawn Luna in a while! I needed to fix that!

I seem to have a thing for feathers right now...

but yeah, the title is because Luna is strange, but she's also very wise in her way, ad I image she sees things very clearly ALL the time, lol.

Ohmygosh, the feathers in her hair - she is so CUTE! And her dress is beautiful. Seriously, when it comes to designing outfits, your imagination is endless. (We need to go shopping together.)

Rofl, I'm rubbish when it comes to shopping though XD Maybe if I was designing the clothes I'd have better luck, but when I'm shopping I end up with comfortable clothes more than pretty ones :P

Oh okay, is that a good program then? I'm trying to figure out digital art, it's so hard!! :O I don't know how you do it!

Lol, yeah, it can be a bit crazy when you first get started! If you'd like to test out free programs, you can for for Gimp or FireAlpaca. Both are very similar programs to Photoshop or SAI, and you download them for free ^^ When you get more into it, then it's more worth the money. SAI is cheaper, it was about $90 while Photoshop is a couple hundred >.<

Yeah, at the moment it's not really worth me getting expensive painting programs :P But I'll check out those free ones, thankyou very much! :)

very pretty, but i dont think she would wear make-up... she IS wearing fancy clothes though, so i shall pretend she's going to some formal occasion which requires dressing up :)

I don't see why she wouldn't. I don't see Luna as being unfashionable, she just has her own opinions of what she does and doesn't like and doesn't care what people think. Whether that means turnip earrings or mickey mouse gloves or a formal ballgown, or sometimes makeup. She's too fond of colors not to wear it sometimes, there's nothing wring with makeup :P
