Sherlock knew the presence of the young woman the moment he arrived in the house on Baker Street. He'd noticed in an instant that the window in the living room of the flat was open when he'd turned the corner. And now as he climbed the stairs, skipping every other one, he could smell something flowery. Cherry Blossom Spring, a new body spray released by an American company a few years back.
