Just a little collage of my recent class doodlings

All sorts of random stuff pops into my head, so i've got a bunch of Disney practice mixed in with drawing people in class. Discreetly of course, lol.

I'm really starting to work on capturing various hairstyles, since i tend to use the same one in most of my work...especially the bangs, lol. Also guys, since I fail miserably at them and their hair >.<

And, like Glen Keane himself said: drawing from life never stop being important. it's the best practice in drawing people that anyone can get, even if your style is a cartoon one.

So I figure, why not? Long as people don't know i'm drawing them, then we'll be good

(P.S. The guy on the bottom right is a horrible sketch of a guy in one of my classes who would be the perfect Fred/George Weasley. I even call him George in my head

Lol, whimsical? Really? I thought he looked pretty decent for once! Odd how I think of the guy in my class and can only remember what a great profile he has O.o

No no, he looks wonderful. It's the expression on his face that seems whimsical. The slight angle to his brows and the pointed gaze; an almost amused frown lying gently on his face.... I dunno, maybe it's just how I'm percieving it.
