I found my inspiration! It smacked me! Which is why I'm still awake at 7:20 in the morning drawing 
Anyways, I decided I wanted to give Heather a pretty dress! She's normally in jean skirts and the CHB tank tops, so I wanted to give her something nice to wear. It's a gift from Iris for her 16th birthday, the rainbow parts all change colors with her hair ^^
